WhatsApp Business Integration

Kinexa Mitra supports integration with WhatsApp Cloud API for sending and receiving business messages.

Prerequisites

• Meta Business account (business.facebook.com)
• Verified WhatsApp Business number
• WhatsApp Business API access

Step 1: Get Your Credentials

1. Open Meta Business Suite
2. Create or select a WhatsApp Business App
3. Note your Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and Access Token

Step 2: Connect to Kinexa

1. Login to the Kinexa dashboard
2. Go to Mitra > WhatsApp > Accounts
3. Click + Add Account
4. Enter the credentials from Meta
5. Click Save

Step 3: Setup Webhook

Copy the displayed webhook URL and configure it in Meta Business Suite:

• Subscribed fields: messages
• Verify token: auto-generated
