Connecting a Telegram Bot

Telegram is popular for communities and support in Indonesia. Connect a bot to receive and reply to messages inside Kinexa.

Step 1: Create the Bot

1. Open Telegram and chat with @BotFather
2. Send /newbot and follow the prompts
3. Copy the bot token BotFather gives you

Step 2: Connect in Kinexa

1. Go to Integrations → Telegram
2. Paste the bot token
3. Click Connect

Kinexa registers the webhook automatically — no server setup needed.

Step 3: Test It

• Search for your bot in Telegram and send a message
• The conversation appears in Liqaa or Mitra
• Reply from Kinexa and the customer receives it instantly

Add your bot to Telegram groups for community support, then pin the bot's username so members know who to message.
