Connecting Telegram Bot with Liqaa

Prerequisites

• Active Kinexa account with Liqaa module
• Telegram account

Step 1: Create a Bot on Telegram

1. Open Telegram, search for @BotFather
2. Send the command /newbot
3. Follow instructions to name your bot
4. Copy the Bot Token provided

Step 2: Connect to Liqaa

1. Login to the Kinexa dashboard
2. Go to Messenger > Integrations > Telegram
3. Paste the Bot Token
4. Click Connect

Step 3: Test

Send a message to your Telegram bot — it should appear in your Liqaa inbox within seconds.

Notes

• One Telegram bot can only be connected to one Liqaa product
• Replies from the Liqaa inbox are automatically sent to the Telegram user
