Embedding the Liqaa Chat Widget

Put live chat and an AI assistant on your website so visitors can reach you instantly.

Step 1: Get Your Snippet

1. Go to Liqaa → Settings → Widget
2. Copy the JavaScript snippet — it looks like:

Step 2: Add It to Your Site

• Static HTML / WordPress — paste before the closing `</body>` tag
• Next.js / React — add it in your root layout or via a Script component
• Tokopedia/Shopify stores — paste in the theme's custom HTML/footer section

Step 3: Verify the Domain

Add your domain under Allowed Domains so the widget is authorized to load.

Customization

• Brand color, position (left/right), and greeting text
• Operating hours and offline message
• Enable the AI assistant to answer common questions 24/7

Mobile

The widget is responsive and adapts to mobile screens automatically. Test it on your phone after publishing.
