Setting Up Parking Zones

A zone is an area or level in your parking facility with its own capacity and rules.

Creating a Zone

1. Go to Parkir → Zones → + New Zone
2. Name it (e.g. "Basement 1", "Motor Area", "VIP")
3. Set capacity (number of slots)
4. Choose vehicle type allowed (mobil, motor, both)

Multi-Level / Multi-Gate

For larger facilities, create a zone per level and assign entry/exit gates to each. Parkir tracks live occupancy per zone.

Live Occupancy

The dashboard shows for each zone:

• Slots used vs available
• Occupancy percentage
• Full/near-full alerts

Vehicle Types

Different vehicle types can have different zones and rates — for example motorbikes in a dedicated area at a lower tariff.

Signage & Counters

Connect digital counters to display available slots at the entrance, improving customer experience and reducing congestion.

Tip

Reserve a small VIP/disabled zone with its own rate and access rules for better service.
