Managing Entry & Exit Sessions

Managing Entry & Exit Sessions

A session is one vehicle's stay, from entry to exit.

Entry

  1. Vehicle arrives; operator (or gate) records entry
  2. Parkir captures plate number, vehicle type, and timestamp
  3. A ticket/QR is issued, or the plate is logged for ticketless flow

During the Stay

The session is active and counts toward zone occupancy. Live view shows all vehicles currently inside.

Exit & Payment

  1. At exit, scan the ticket/QR or enter the plate
  2. Parkir calculates the fee from the tariff and duration automatically
  3. Customer pays via cash, QRIS, or e-wallet
  4. The gate opens and the session is closed

Lost Tickets

If a customer loses their ticket, use Lost Ticket flow: verify the plate, apply the penalty rate, and close the session.

Member / Subscription Vehicles

Registered subscribers pass through without per-visit payment; their sessions are tagged to their subscription.

Tip

Reconcile open sessions at end of day — vehicles that "never exited" may indicate gate or process issues.
