Parking System Setup

Kinexa Parkir is the parking management module for malls, offices, airports, hospitals, and any facility with paid parking. It manages locations, zones, spaces, rates, memberships, and revenue.

Step 1: Activate the Module

Login to the Kinexa dashboard and activate the Parkir module from settings.

Step 2: Create a Parking Location

1. Go to Parkir > Locations
2. Click + New Location
3. Fill in: location name, address, total capacity
4. Set operating hours (24/7 or custom schedule)
5. Upload a site map (optional)
6. Click Save

Step 3: Define Zones

Zones help you organize and price different areas:

1. Open the location
2. Click the Zones tab
3. Click + Add Zone
4. Enter: zone name (e.g., Basement 1, VIP, Motorcycle Area), capacity
5. Assign a vehicle type: car, motorcycle, truck, bicycle
6. Click Save

Step 4: Add Parking Spaces

Spaces are individual spots within a zone:

1. Open a zone
2. Click + Add Spaces
3. Enter the number of spaces or add them individually with codes (e.g., A-001, A-002)
4. Mark special spaces: disabled, EV charging, reserved
5. Click Save

Step 5: Configure Rates

1. Go to Parkir > Rates
2. Click + New Rate
3. Set the rate structure:

- Hourly — Price per hour (e.g., Rp 5,000/hour)

- Flat — Fixed price per entry (e.g., Rp 10,000)

- Progressive — First 2 hours Rp 5,000, then Rp 3,000/hour after

- Daily Maximum — Cap the daily charge (e.g., max Rp 50,000/day)

1. Assign rates to zones
2. Set weekend/holiday rates (optional)
3. Click Save
