Configuring Parking Tariffs

Tariffs determine how much customers pay based on duration and vehicle type.

Creating a Tariff

1. Go to Parkir → Tariffs → + New Tariff
2. Choose vehicle type (mobil/motor) and zone
3. Pick a tariff model

Tariff Models

• Flat — fixed price per entry (e.g. Rp 5.000 sekali masuk)
• Hourly — per jam, often with a first-hour rate then increments
• Progressive — first hour Rp 5.000, each additional hour Rp 3.000
• Daily cap — maximum charge per 24 hours (tarif maksimal harian)

Grace Period

Set a free grace period (e.g. 10 minutes) so quick drop-offs aren't charged.

Special Rates

• Weekend/holiday rates
• Overnight (menginap) rate
• Lost ticket penalty (denda tiket hilang)

Rounding

Choose how partial hours are billed — round up to the next hour or charge per minute.

Tip

Test each tariff with a few sample durations before going live to confirm the math matches your pricing strategy.
