Operations & Revenue
Parking Sessions
A session tracks a vehicle from entry to exit:
- Entry — Vehicle enters, license plate is captured (manual or ALPR camera)
- Active — Vehicle is parked, timer is running
- Exit — Vehicle leaves, fee is calculated and collected
- Completed — Session is closed and recorded
To view active sessions: go to Parkir > Sessions. You can filter by location, zone, status, and date.
Manual Entry/Exit
For locations without cameras:
- Go to Parkir > Sessions
- Click + New Session for entry
- Enter: license plate, vehicle type, zone
- To process exit, find the session and click Exit
- The system calculates the fee based on duration and rate
Memberships & Subscriptions
Offer monthly or annual passes to regular parkers:
- Go to Parkir > Memberships
- Click + New Membership
- Enter: member name, license plate, vehicle type
- Select the plan: monthly, quarterly, or annual
- Set the zone access and start date
- Click Save
Members can enter and exit without per-session charges. The system recognizes their license plate automatically.
Revenue Dashboard
Track your parking revenue in real time:
- Today's Revenue — Total collections for the current day
- Revenue by Location — Compare income across locations
- Revenue by Zone — See which zones generate the most
- Payment Methods — Cash, e-wallet, card breakdown
- Occupancy Trends — Peak hours and seasonal patterns
Revenue Reports
- Go to Parkir > Reports
- Select report type:
- Daily Revenue — Detailed daily breakdown
- Monthly Summary — Aggregated monthly income
- Membership Revenue — Subscription income tracking
- Occupancy Report — Average utilization by zone and hour
- Set date range and filters
- Export to PDF or Excel
Reconciliation
At the end of each shift or day:
- Go to Parkir > Reconciliation
- Compare system-calculated revenue vs actual collections
- Flag and investigate discrepancies
- Approve the reconciliation to close the period
