Liqaa Plans & Features Explained
Liqaa uses a simple ladder: 1 free plan + 5 paid plans.

Below is what each line in the Compare Plan table actually means.
1. Conversations
A *conversation* is one chat thread with one visitor in a billing month — no matter how many messages are exchanged inside it. If the same visitor returns next month, that is a new conversation.
Example: A visitor opens your widget, asks 8 questions, and leaves. That counts as 1 conversation, not 8. On the Free plan (50/month) you can handle 50 distinct visitors per month before you need to upgrade.
2. AI Messages
An *AI message* is one reply generated by the AI agent (Aini). Each time the AI answers, it consumes one AI message from your monthly quota. Replies typed by your human agents do not count.
Example: In one conversation the AI answers 4 times and a human agent answers twice → 4 AI messages used. Free plan includes 100 AI messages/month.
3. Agents
An *agent* is a human team member who can log in to the Liqaa inbox and reply to chats. More agents = more people answering in parallel.
Example: A shop with a morning and an evening shift needs 2 agents. The Pro plan allows 5 agents, enough for a small support team.
4. AI Model
The *AI model* is the engine that powers Aini's answers. Stronger models reason better, follow instructions more precisely, and handle complex questions.
- Claude Haiku (Free, Starter) — fast and economical, great for FAQs and simple Q&A.
- Claude Sonnet (Pro) — more capable, handles nuance and longer context.
- Claude Opus (Business, Premium, Enterprise) — most capable, best for complex, high-stakes conversations.
Example: A simple "what are your opening hours?" is handled perfectly by Haiku. A multi-step troubleshooting flow with conditions is where Sonnet/Opus shine.
5. SLA (Service Level Agreement)
The *SLA* is our uptime commitment — the percentage of time the service is guaranteed available.
- 99.0% ≈ up to ~7 hours downtime/month
- 99.5% ≈ up to ~3.6 hours/month
- 99.9% ≈ up to ~43 minutes/month
Example: For a store that sells 24/7, a 99.9% SLA (Enterprise) means almost no missed chats due to downtime.
6. Channels
A *channel* is a place where conversations come from — your website widget, an email inbox, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. More channels let you receive chats from more sources into one inbox.
Example: You embed the widget on 2 websites and connect 1 email inbox → that is 3 channels in use.
7. WhatsApp & Telegram
Connect your WhatsApp Business number and Telegram bot so messages there land in the same Liqaa inbox as your website chats — answered by the same agents and the same AI.
Example: A customer messages your WhatsApp at night. Aini replies instantly with your business hours and captures their question, so your agent follows up in the morning — all inside Liqaa.
8. Knowledge Base
The *Knowledge Base* (KB) is the content you feed Aini so she answers from your information — upload documents or point her at your website pages. Aini uses RAG (retrieval) to quote the right answer.
Example: Upload your product manual and return policy. When a visitor asks "can I return after 14 days?", Aini answers correctly from your policy instead of guessing.
9. Kinexa Mitra & Analytics
*Kinexa Mitra* is the CRM. With this enabled, a visitor's chat is linked to their CRM record — Aini knows their deal stage and history, and new visitors become leads automatically. *Analytics* gives you dashboards on volume, response time, and satisfaction.
Example: A known customer with an open deal opens chat; Aini greets them by context ("about your pending order…") and the conversation is logged to their CRM timeline.
10. Custom AI Training
*Custom AI Training* lets us tune Aini beyond the standard KB — custom persona behavior, tone, domain-specific instructions, and curated answer sets for your industry.
Example: A hospital wants Aini to never give medical advice and always route clinical questions to staff. Custom training enforces that behavior reliably.
11. Dedicated Engineer
A *Dedicated Engineer* is a named Kinexa engineer assigned to your account for setup, integrations, and priority fixes — available on Enterprise.
Example: You need Liqaa embedded inside your mobile app with live order data. Your dedicated engineer builds and maintains that integration with you.
