How to Install the Liqaa Widget

Step 1: Get the Widget Code

Login to the Kinexa dashboard, go to Messenger > Settings > Widget, and copy the embed code.

Step 2: Paste on Your Website

Add the following code before the </body> tag in your HTML page:

Step 3: Verify

Open your website — you should see a chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

Widget Configuration Options

• data-color — Widget theme color
• data-position — Position: bottom-right or bottom-left
• data-greeting — Welcome message
• data-guest-mode — true for visitors without login
• data-context — Page context (e.g.: support, sales)
• data-powered-by — Show Liqaa branding

Tips

• The widget automatically adapts to mobile/desktop
• Pre-chat forms can be customized from the dashboard
• Conversations go directly to your Liqaa inbox
