Telegram
Connect a Telegram bot to receive and reply to Telegram messages.
- Create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram
- Copy the Bot Token
- Go to Messenger > Settings > Channels > Telegram
- Paste the bot token and click Connect
- Your bot is now live — messages go to your Liqaa inbox
Tips:
- Set bot commands (/start, /help) via BotFather for better UX
- The AI responds to Telegram messages just like widget messages
Receive support emails directly in your Liqaa inbox.
- Go to Messenger > Settings > Channels > Email
- Liqaa provides an inbound email address (e.g.,

- Or configure your domain's MX records for direct delivery

- For high-volume sending, connect your own SES account
- Go to Settings > Email > SES Configuration
- Enter your SES region, access key, and verified domain
WhatsApp (WABA)
Connect your WhatsApp Business Account for WhatsApp messaging.

- Select or create a WhatsApp phone number
- Verify your business
Requirements:

- Remove unverified warnings
- Unlock full email integration
Channel Status
Check the status of each channel in Settings > Channels:
- Connected — Active and receiving messages
- Pending — Awaiting verification or approval
- Error — Configuration issue (click to see details)
