Setting Up Properties & Units

In Kinexa Estate, a property is a building or complex, and units are the rentable spaces within it.

Adding a Property

Go to Estate → Properties
Click + New Property
Enter name, address, and type (apartemen, ruko, kost, gudang, office)

Adding Units

Open a property
Click + Add Unit
Set unit number/name, size (m²), base rent (Rp), and status (available, occupied, maintenance)

Bulk Adding Units

For buildings with many identical units (e.g. a kost with 30 rooms), use Generate Units to create them in one step, then adjust individual details.

Tracking Occupancy

The property dashboard shows:

Total units, occupied vs vacant
Occupancy rate (%)
Monthly rent potential vs actual

Tips for Indonesian Properties

Tag units by floor (lantai) for easy navigation
Record facilities (AC, water heater, parking) as unit attributes
Use status maintenance to keep a unit off the available list during renovation
