Managing Leases & Rental Agreements
A lease ties a tenant to a unit for a defined period and rent.
Creating a Lease
- Go to Estate → Leases → + New Lease
- Select the unit and the tenant
- Set the term: start date, end date, and billing cycle (monthly/yearly)
- Enter rent amount, deposit (uang jaminan), and any service charges (IPL)
Lease Terms
- Auto-renew — automatically extend at term end
- Notice period — days before expiry to remind both parties
- Late fee — denda for overdue rent
Lease Lifecycle
- Active — currently in effect
- Expiring soon — within the notice window
- Expired — term ended
- Terminated — ended early
Renewals & Termination
- Click Renew to extend with updated rent
- Click Terminate to end early and record the move-out date and deposit return
Documents
Attach the signed PDF contract to the lease record so it's always linked to the right tenant and unit.
