Scheduled Reports

Automate report delivery so stakeholders receive updates without logging in:

  1. Go to Wawas > Reports
  2. Click + New Scheduled Report
  3. Select the dashboard or specific widgets to include
  4. Set the schedule: daily, weekly, monthly, or custom cron
  5. Choose the format: PDF, Excel, or inline email
  6. Add recipients (email addresses)
  7. Click Save

Reports are generated and sent automatically at the configured time.

AI-Powered Insights

Wawas includes an AI assistant that analyzes your data:

  1. Open any dashboard
  2. Click the AI Insights button
  3. The AI scans your data and highlights:

- Anomalies — Unusual spikes or drops

- Trends — Consistent upward/downward patterns

- Correlations — Relationships between metrics

- Forecasts — Predicted values for the next period

  1. Click on any insight to see the underlying data and explanation

You can also ask questions in natural language:

  • "What was our top-selling product last month?"
  • "Why did revenue drop in week 3?"
  • "Compare Q1 vs Q2 sales by region"

Exporting Data

Export data from any widget or dataset:

  1. Click the Export button on a widget
  2. Choose format: CSV, Excel, PDF, or PNG (chart image)
  3. Apply filters before exporting to limit the data
  4. Download starts automatically

For large datasets, exports run in the background and you receive a notification when ready.

Alerts & Thresholds

Set up alerts to be notified when metrics cross a threshold:

  1. Go to Wawas > Alerts
  2. Click + New Alert
  3. Select the metric to monitor
  4. Set the condition (e.g., "monthly revenue < Rp 100,000,000")
  5. Choose notification channels: email, in-app, Telegram
  6. Click Save

  • Use scheduled reports for executive summaries — saves time in meetings
  • Combine AI insights with your domain knowledge for best decisions
  • Set alerts for critical metrics so you never miss important changes
  • Export raw data when you need to do custom analysis in spreadsheets
