Connecting Data Sources
Wawas reports are only as good as the data feeding them.
Built-in Module Sources
Wawas connects automatically to your active Kinexa modules:
- Mitra — deals, contacts, invoices
- Atlas — accounts, journals, P&L
- Point — sales, products, shifts
- Logi / Karya / Estate — operational data
No setup needed — just pick the source when building a widget.
External Sources
Bring in outside data via:
- CSV/Excel upload for one-off datasets
- Database connection (read-only) for your own systems
- API/webhook to push data in continuously
Refresh Schedule
Set how often a source refreshes:
- Real-time for module data
- Hourly/daily for heavier external queries
Data Modeling
Combine sources with joins and calculated fields (e.g. margin = revenue − HPP) so a single widget can blend data from multiple modules.
Governance
Control who can access each source so sensitive financial data stays restricted.
Tip
Validate a new source with a simple table widget before building complex charts on top of it.
