Voucher Campaigns via Widget

Liqaa's voucher campaign feature lets you launch promotions directly from your Kinexa Mitra CRM. Promotions automatically appear as banners on your chat widget — visitors can claim them with one click.

How It Works

Create a voucher campaign in Kinexa Mitra CRM
Set the distribution channel to "Widget"
The promotion banner automatically appears on your Liqaa chat widget
Visitors click the banner to claim the voucher
Claimed vouchers are tracked in your CRM

Prerequisites

Active Liqaa account (Pro tier or above)
Kinexa Mitra CRM connected
Voucher campaign created in CRM

Step-by-Step

#### 1. Create Voucher in CRM

Go to your Kinexa Mitra dashboard
Navigate to Vouchers > Create New
Set code, discount type, and validity period

#### 2. Enable Widget Distribution

In the voucher settings, enable "Distribute via Liqaa Widget"
Choose banner style and position

#### 3. Verify on Website

Open your website with the Liqaa widget
The voucher banner should appear in the chat widget
Test the claim flow

Kinexa Mitra > Vouchers > Redemption history
Individual contact timeline
