Custom AI Persona

Liqaa lets you rename your AI assistant to match your brand identity. Instead of the default "Aini", you can call your assistant "Tirta", "Aidan", or any name that fits your business.

What You Can Customize

Display name — The name shown to customers in chat
Brand identity — The AI remains intelligent, just with a different persona

How to Set Up Your Custom Persona

Log in to your Liqaa dashboard at member.liqaa.id
Go to Settings > AI Persona
Enter your desired name (e.g., "Tirta", "Aidan", "Brand Assistant")
Save changes

The new name appears immediately in:

Widget chat header
AI message signatures
Email notifications from AI

Availability

Custom persona is available on Pro tier and above.

Best Practices

Choose a name that's easy to pronounce in Indonesian
Avoid names that sound like real people if you want to maintain transparency
Consider your brand voice — a playful name for a casual brand, professional for corporate
