Aini Meeting Summary is an AI-powered feature that automatically recaps your organization's group conversations at the end of each day. It extracts key points, action items, and assigns tasks to mentioned members.

What It Does

  • Daily summary: Automatically summarizes group conversations at end-of-day
  • Action item extraction: Identifies tasks and to-dos from conversations
  • Smart assignment: Assigns action items to members who were @-mentioned
  • Digest delivery: Sends a formatted summary to the group or designated channel

Availability

This feature is available on Pro tier and above for organizations with group chat enabled.

How to Enable

  1. Go to your Liqaa dashboard at member.liqaa.id
  2. Navigate to Settings > AI Features
  3. Enable "Meeting Summary"
  4. Configure the delivery time (default: end of business day)
  5. Choose the delivery channel (group chat or email)

Privacy

  • Summaries are generated from organization group chats only
  • Private conversations are never summarized
  • Only mentioned members receive action item assignments
  • Admins can disable the feature at any time
