How to Change Your Password

From the Dashboard

1. Login to your Kinexa account
2. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
3. Select Account Settings
4. Click the Security tab
5. Enter your old password and new password
6. Click Save

Forgot Password?

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your registered email
4. Check your inbox for the password reset link
5. Create a new password

New passwords must be at least 8 characters. We recommend using a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
