Deleting Your Account & Data

Kinexa respects your right to erasure under Indonesia's UU No. 27/2022 (Pelindungan Data Pribadi / PDP).

Before You Delete

• Export any data you want to keep (contacts, invoices, reports)
• Settle outstanding invoices — deletion does not cancel financial obligations
• If you are the Owner, transfer ownership or the whole organization will be removed

How to Delete

1. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
2. Read the warning about what will be removed
3. Type DELETE to confirm and enter your password

What Happens to Your Data

• Personal profile data is removed immediately from active systems
• A 30-day grace period lets you recover the account by signing back in
• After 30 days, data is permanently purged from backups on the standard rotation cycle

Legal Retention

Some records (e.g. tax invoices) may be retained for the period required by Indonesian tax and accounting law, even after account deletion, in anonymized or restricted form.
