Liqaa Widget Not Showing on Website

Check the Embed Code

Make sure the widget code is placed before the </body> tag:

<script src="https://api.liqaa.id/widget.js"
  data-widget-key="wk_default"
  data-guest-mode="true">
</script>

Possible Causes

1. Wrong widget key

Double-check the widget key in dashboard Messenger > Settings

2. Ad blocker

Some ad blockers block third-party scripts
Try disabling the ad blocker and refresh the page

3. JavaScript conflict

Open browser DevTools (F12) > Console
Check for any JavaScript errors

4. HTTPS mismatch

The widget only works on HTTPS pages
Make sure your website uses SSL
