Connecting WhatsApp to Liqaa

Connect your WhatsApp Business number to Liqaa to manage all customer conversations — from your website and WhatsApp — in one unified inbox.

Prerequisites

• Active Liqaa account (Starter tier or above)
• WhatsApp Business number
• Nidaa gateway access (included with Liqaa)

Connection Steps

1. Log in to member.liqaa.id
2. Go to Integrations > WhatsApp
3. Click Connect WhatsApp
4. Choose connection type:

- Nidaa Gateway (recommended) — connect via QR code

- WhatsApp Business API (WABA) — for high-volume sending

1. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing

After Connecting

• WhatsApp messages appear in your Liqaa inbox
• Replies from Liqaa are sent via WhatsApp
• All conversations are tracked in the contact timeline
