Getting Started with Kinexa Atlas

Kinexa Atlas is a complete accounting module with Indonesian standards (11% VAT, Rupiah format).

Step 1: Chart of Accounts

When you first activate Atlas, the system automatically creates a standard Indonesian Chart of Accounts (CoA) including:

• Assets (1xxxx)
• Liabilities (2xxxx)
• Equity (3xxxx)
• Revenue (4xxxx)
• Expenses (5xxxx)

You can add, modify, or deactivate accounts as needed.

Step 2: First Journal Entry

1. Go to the Journal menu
2. Click + New Journal
3. Fill in date, description, and debit/credit lines
4. The system automatically validates that total debits = total credits
5. Click Post

Step 3: View Reports

• Trial Balance — All account balances
• Profit & Loss — Revenue vs expenses
• Cash Flow — Cash inflows & outflows
