Managing Products & Categories
A well-organized catalog makes checkout fast and reports meaningful.
Adding a Product
- Go to Point → Products → + New Product
- Enter name, price (Rp), SKU/barcode, and cost (HPP) for margin tracking
- Assign a category (e.g. Makanan, Minuman, Snack)
Categories
Group products into categories so the cashier screen stays tidy and you can analyze sales by category.
Variants
For products with options (size, flavor), add variants:
- Es Teh — Reguler / Jumbo
- Kaos — S / M / L / XL
Each variant can have its own price and stock.
Modifiers / Add-ons
Add optional extras like "extra cheese", "less sugar", or "tambah telur" with their own prices.
Stock Tracking
Enable stock tracking to:
- Deduct inventory on each sale
- Get low-stock alerts
- Block selling out-of-stock items (optional)
Bulk Import
Use Import to upload your whole catalog from a spreadsheet — handy when migrating from another POS.
