Core Productivity Services

Kinexa includes a set of core productivity services that work across all modules. These services ensure that important events, tasks, and decisions flow seamlessly between teams — no matter which module triggered them.

Notifications

Every module in Kinexa can send notifications. When something important happens — a new Purchase Order in Logi, an invoice reaching due date in Atlas Finance, or a deal advancing stages in Mitra CRM — the relevant users are notified immediately.

Notifications appear in three places:

In-app notification center (bell icon in the top bar)
Email digest (configurable: instant, hourly, or daily)
Push notifications on the Kinexa mobile app

You can configure which notifications you want to receive in Settings > Notifications > Preferences.

Approval Workflows

Many business processes require manager or team-lead approval before they proceed. Kinexa provides a unified approval system:

Purchase Orders above a certain amount need approval before being sent to suppliers
Expense claims require line-manager sign-off
Leave requests go through the configured approval chain
Invoices can require review before being sent to customers

When an approval is pending, the approver receives a notification with a direct link. They can approve, reject, or request changes — all from the notification or the Approvals page.

Calendar Integration

Kinexa automatically creates calendar events from business activities:

Meeting bookings from Mitra CRM
Project milestones from Tata
Leave schedules from ESS
Maintenance windows from Estate

View all events in Dashboard > Calendar or sync with Google Calendar / Outlook via iCal export.

Task Management

Tasks are lightweight action items that can be created from any module:

Assign tasks to team members with due dates
Track completion status from Dashboard > My Tasks
Link tasks to specific records (invoices, deals, projects)
Receive reminders before deadlines

Viewing on Mobile

All productivity services are available in the Kinexa App for iOS and Android. You can review approvals, check tasks, and respond to notifications while on the go.
